Pardon my wording here

So, uh, Soldier Boy completely vapourizes the Crimson Countess with his own blast, which also leaves the whole building they were at in ashes and the shockwave from the blast also reaches several meters further

The feat I am referring to:

Could this possibly be an 8-C feat? Because characters like Kimiko, Starlight and others would scale from it seeing as Kimiko withstood the explosion.

Vaporizing someone is 9-A, though he destroyed the entire house in a single blast. That could be 8-C, but it's better to get the feat calculated.
Well... that's what we are waiting for. Vaporizing the entire house may not only be 8-C (it could be higher), I think.

I don't think it's correct to say he vaporizes the entire house given there's still a bunch of rubble; just he vaporizes the body and also fragments the house.

Spoilers for episode 6
Should there be insane AP upgrades due to Butcher and Soldier Boy being able to harm Homelander who has low 7-C durability?

low 7-C Hughie, lets ******* gooooo! Homelander is also no longer a stonewall and it seems that Temp V gives similar stat boosts to every user

idk if Hughie can scale, but the other 3 (HL, SB and Butcher) definitely have Low 7-C stats now unless VBW wants to deem them as outliers.
PLUS, if Queen Maeve turns out to be alive she'll most likely give a fight to Homelander in the next episodes (come on, she is (or was) the third mightiest of the heroes). Just a gut feeling, which means she'll eventually scale too

ALSO, two house destroying feats (ep 5 and 6 respectively) which can easily support everything mentioned before and can also upgrade the mid tiers (such as Kimiko, Starlight, etc) of the cast too.

Soldier Boy is strong enough to trade blows with Homelander, although slightly inferior as Homelander eventually had the upper hand and Butcher had to step in. Both of them scale to Low 7-C as they're strong enough to harm Homelander with their blows, I don't think Hughie scales. It also took Soldier Boy, Butcher and Hughie to restrain him Also it's nice to see that Homelander actually has hella good h2h skills, a lot of people theorized he'd be bad at h2h since he never needed to be good at it since he's so much stronger than anyone else.

Back to the original topic, anyone got a clip of Countess' full house before getting destroyed? This can potentially upgrade even the mid tiers bc Kimiko tanked the same blast later on.

an possibly would make sense as she survived it point blank, or at least scale to the human vaporization part of the blast (9-A)

The kimiko getting thrown throught a wall should also be looked upon too it may give interesting values.

Vought probably standardizes basic hand-to-hand since its supposed to be a military/pharmaceutical organization rather than entertainment. Besides, if your heroes don't even know how to throw a good punch, why even bother.

The thread is kinda dead lol, but I wanted to say that kimiko shouldn't scale. The blast she took was from a recently awaken Soldier Boy, that most likely wasn't at full power.
It specially make sense when you see that:
A- she is far weaker than SB
B- the same blast SB believes can kill Homelander, which wouldn't make sense if Kimiko can survive it.
