Well. Homer seems a good deal stronger. Godzilla lacking a calc is gonna put him in a bad spot since homer has a decent good calc and his feat being pretty casual. While we can assume Homer doesn't one shot. We can't assume anything better for Godzilla. Punches homer would provide would throw Godzilla Off his feet. Guns would tear right through him. (Albeit due to size, wont do too much damage. But still a threat in certain areas like the heart or eyes). Homers regen and resurrection would make killing him really hard. Since Godzilla is working with notably weaker power. His energy actually putting homer in a state he couldn't heal from would be vastly difficult. And if he ate homer, Homer tears him apart from the inside.

So. Homers too strong and tough, while being even harder to kill and actually keep down. Even if Godzilla managed to kill him. Resurrection and regen could easily handle the damage he has done. Since Godzilla's attack is a lot lower. With the skills and weapons to damage and kill Godzilla. And haxs like causing earthquakes and duplication being helpful in damaging and taking Godzilla down. I'm gonna say Homer probably wins more times
