And memories of a country? That's only a subset of mind hax. Bowser was gonna turn all of the inhabitants of 15 seperate worlds plus likely the Toads into his minions, and that kinda mind control can't be matched by Ganon mor can it be resisted, as all Ganon withstood was memories, not another force wanting to sap his conciousness and will away. They're incomparable IMO.

Still Mindhax, the degree Ganon resisted was Mindhax, so madness hax and mind control wouldn't work.

But you said that Ganon controlling fodder soldiers beat out the previous mind hax thing because of the scale. Here, we have realms that can be timeless (making whatever timeframe he supposedly tanked "memories" irrelevant) full of countless inhabitants (MSS-sized dimensions) being able to be overloaded via his influence. I don't know. Saying "it won't work" doesn't seem like a good argument because it isn't one.
