Lets revisit an old classic now.

Beast Ganon (no Triforce of Power) and Bowser has all of his standard that doesn't change his tier. He also isn't allowed to become Low 6-B or 3-C or whatever. Speed is equalized.

For reference, Beast Ganon is around 100 gigatons of TNT (Baseline High 6-C) while Bowser is 15 gigatons of TNT, making for a 6.67x AP difference.

Bowser has been knocked out numerous times and has been killed multiple times by such things as Unga bunga before
