Yes, exactly. He also uses one to blow up a gas canister to create a cloud of smoke iirc.

IIRC, it was during the final fight when he was hanging from a ledge. There was a gas canister next to him, and he placed a small circular device on it. The device lit up and then blew the canister open, creating a lot of smoke.

Sadly the Batmobile calc is incorrect due to the explosion being caused by an oil tanker and thus not actually having a lot of pressure
I'll try calcing some other feats, we get a quick shot of the Riddlers car and mail bomb explosions in the trailer, maybe the shots have something to scale them to

Well that's only with his armor which could be restricted. And his face is also unprotected

Bruce definitely washes him imo. The strength and skill gap is pretty wide.

Was his face not in the explosion too tho? Besides, skill gap makes Bruce stomp. Also, after seeing it on Friday and taking time to think about it, this is the second best Batman film.

I'd say Battinson's suit seems better overall. It doesn't seem to hinder his movement at all, yet it offers him way more protection than Bale's suit ever did. His built in grapple hooks are also more convenient than Bale's, since he doesn't need to stop and attach it to the belt to ascend.
I'd say the only thing Bale has over Battinson, suit wise, is the memory cloth gliding cape. It seems more convenient for traversal within the city than a friggin wingsuit. It's way safer, too.
As far as their overall arsenals are concerned, Bale has a lot more toys up his sleeve, but this is still Battinson's first movie. He'll likely get way more stuff in the sequels.
