It's specifically been used to take only bankai. If if can take anything, then he could also steal shikai, and also bakudo while he's at it. To assume it does more than it's shown is NLF.

However, with regards to precognition, KazuiK is right. However, the Spinjitsu master has far more to work with. Acasuality makes him unaffected by the Almighty's future changing effects, and it's possible that he could counter such with his own time manipulation as well. He also has limited power nullification himself (though Yhwach has resistance), in addition to gravity manipulation, BFR, mind manipulation, and a few other things that Yhwach doesn't have answers for. Since The First can bypass Yhwach's main form of hax, in addition to having many hax of his own that Yhwach doesn't really have an answer to, I'd say that The First takes this quite handily.
