This is what Zach said about The Doctor,

"His passive probability and causality manipulation is listed under prep time abilities when it should be on his own, actually. So that should be changed, but he would be a smurf."

Also Saikou do you really think Madotsuki compares to the others?

Yes, Doctor Who uses "passive causality and probability manipulation" to answer why the doctor makes it out of situations he definitely should die in.

That sounds like someone wanted to write in a canon reason for all the series's asspulls.

I mean, its better then leaving it unexplained.

Crap, his high 1-B mindhax outdoes passive high 1-C probability manipulation... I think..
Considering the immediate area around Black Thirteen is affected by said mindhax, yeah.

And considering Black Thirteen can also drive people out of their minds just by looking at them, double yeah.

Well, Black Thirteen!Flagg was put up against 1440 a while back and stomped the **** out of him, so if it comes down to those two, well...

Who should be dropped then?
Mado/Uro

They don't seem all that high on a smurf list.

Honestly, this list should be filled with only Warhammer 40K, Masada, Vertigo, and SCP Foundation characters. They have a bunch of High 1-B to 1-A smurf stuff.

Most other franchises don't really compete.

Both 682 and 1440 have 1-B+ abilities/powers.

Anyway are we making it one per verse(with the exception of tied characters)?

Isn't the verse getting upgraded, eventually, to that level?

If not, then I apologize.

1-B stuff is still better than 95% of verses out there.

After the upgrades is stuff that will be debated after the upgrades.

SCP has 0 High 1-B stuff right now, and that will be the case until the CRT is made

Anyway, after the new upgrades does Man-Thing count as a smurf and if so does he make the list?

Also should Flagg be removed since the thing that gives him his OP hax is non standerd equitment.

Thats what I heard from Weekly.

Plus havnt the SCP revisions been happening for a few months now?
