Now that I think about it, why didn't Rimuru just swallow Phobio whole, split Phobio and Charybdis with Deviant from the inside and then spit Phobio back out, similar to what he did when he healed the Goblins early in the series?
 
So tear and co joined tempest? At least looks like they are against rudra, and by the looks of it, they are probably awakened demon lord level.

And benimaru has his own harem huh, gotta increase the chances of reproducing his race i see.
 
From what I heard, the Clowns still work for Yuuki, but since Yuuki became Guy's subordinate and Guy and Rimuru are fellow Octagram members, it's not strange for Yuuki and Rimuru to be on the same side in Guy's "little war game" against Rudra.

At least assuming that that background story still exists, but don't know for sure.
 
So guy and rudra are just chilling while everyone else are fighting for their lives.
 
No, Rudra seems to have been involved in-person when it came to mindcontroling Veldora.

The difference between WN and LN that I heard of are:

  • Rudra and his Empire actually planned out the capture of Veldora and set a trap for Rimuru to be absent when they went after Veldora - it was not a coincidence like in the WN. The end of LN vol. 14 is Rimuru being overcome with rage due to losing his connection to Veldora, but unlike the WN where Rimuru was in Tempest at that time and Veldora was captured near the coast of Ruberius, in the LN Rimuru goes into rage when he is in the Empire's Capital, while Veldora was captured in Tempest.
  • Rudra, from what I understand (don't quote me on that) seems to be of clear mind. It doesn't seem like Rudra's mind has been corroded to the point of semi-senility in the LN version. Don't know if that's because it's just not at that stage yet or because Justice King Michael functions differently/doesn't exist or whatever.
  • Yuuki does not have a pact with Velda. He also doesn't have Chloe-Djinn. He aligned himself with Guy, but appearently got mindcontrolled by Empire in LN vol. 14.
 
Guys can Rimuru Move in stopped time on His 6-A key via Cook? Or probably without it since he is a high level spiritual life form? IIRC there is statement for that, and isnt Shion can Move in stopped time via Cook?
 
Earlier, in the last thread, I got confused about Primitive Magic for Rimuru second to the last key: He got it too: Normal magic cannot be used with time being stopped since everything stops in stopped time. The only usable magic is Primitive Magic [ch247].

So, I think he should have it now andd it effect is Law Manipulation
 
Spiritual lifeforms can move in stopped time, but that doesn't mean all of them can, it took a bit for Benimaru to be able to do it, however you could chalk it up to him being a new spiritual lifeform and getting use to it.

Either way it's not definitive imo, Rimuru only showed the ability to move in stopped time when he is High 4-C. There isn't any statement that says "all spiritual lifeforms can move in stopped time". There is also the fact almost everyone who can move in stopped time have some sort of time stopping ability, which 6-A Rimuru doesn't have.

Benimaru and co all have space-time control which gives resistance to time abilities. Though Rimuru has time abilities in the form of sealing, but that's different.

@Elizhaa Law manipulation is one type of primitive magic which is used by Ramiris, doesn't mean all primitive magic is law manipulation, the primitive magic Rimuru has was only said to be able to affect souls.
 
Didn't Shion gain timestop resistance exactly when her True Demon Lord awakening was finished and she got her Ultimate Skill? These seem to be the only reasons why Shion could suddenly move part-way into an on-going timestop, if I remember correctly.

Rimuru just never got the opportunity to experience a timestop earlier, no? He should scale to Shion in that regard though, unless I remembered something wrong.
 
I don't think so, from what I remember she used cooked to be able to move then Veldora gave her the energy to do her awakening.

Also Diablo stated that moving in time stop was beyond what Benimaru could do around like chapter 200 or something, but he later learned, it's probably just that you need practice.

I mean ruminas can't move in stopped time and she is a true demon lord, she can only maintain her consciousness.

It's pretty speculative, which is why I think we should just go with what's shown, that he shows the ability to do in like chapter 192, and not that he had it all along.

This is why we need the light novel for these things to answer these questions albeit i heard True Demon Lord Rimuru doesn't have time stop resist in the ln.
 
By the way, should Charybdis really have resistance to Power Nullification? I think the reason why it didn't work on its flight ability was because Control Gravity was not affected by Magic Interference, which it has too and appearently also affected itself.

So Charybdis didn't resist anything. Its flight was unaffected because it used an (Extra) Skill-based technique to fly, not a Magic-based one.

Should Geld have reactive evolution? As he eventually gained resistance to fire as rimuru failed to overpower him.
 
I don't think that's reactive evolution. Remember, whenever someone gets an "excess of magical energy", e.g. after an "upgrade", they are more likely to gain Skills? This was such a situation since he only just upgraded to Demon Lord Seed level. He went from a Hazard-level Orc Lord to a Calamity-level Orc Disaster after all.

But I think it normally takes more time to gain new Skills (like how the Kijin only gained new Skills after being named over several days) and The Orc Disaster speeded it up due to eating other Orcs. That's also why he did not gain anything decisively useful during his "eating contest" with Rimuru, but Rimuru did (Rimuru gained "Cancel Rot" at some point) because while both of them used energy up faster than they regained from eating the other one, Rimuru is able to gain abilities even when eating still living beings, while Geld only does so from already dead beings.
 
I agree Geld doesn't have reactive evolution; if he did, then he would have gained resistance to the eating contest between him and Rimuru.
 
Not really gonna be much new to discuss till someone picks up back the manga, or vol 5 comes out in 2 weeks.

Oh just remembered, we should probably upgrade Ramiris to High 4-C scaling to Milim and Guy.
 
Yeah I know what you mean. Weird that it hasn't been picked up since it's the most followed manga on ******** and very highly rated. You'd think it'd get picked up quicker than how long it's taken.

About the redirrect issue, I found how out to deal with them.

From here, delete redirrect page but make sure the is no link main pages from prerably by remove link and adding the Web Novel or Light Novel link. Of course, only Content Mod or Admins can delete paes, but any change change the links.
 
So rimuru fights with a clone from the beginning instead on in the wn where he sends a part of himself away.

If the ln does the same, probably will lead to downgrades in his regen.

Question, why does Light Novel Rimuru have a tabber for his Anime apperance? Shouldn't that mean we should seperate it into the WN, LN, and Manga/Anime Rimuru?
 
The anime is an adaptation of the ln, why would we separate it? That's just unnecessary.

The ln profile is composed of ln, manga and anime, we do this all the time with other series.
