Tell me if I'm wrong but wouldn't this bring Naruto back to moon level

So I was talking to someone on comic vine and he brought up an interesting point and I want to see if you all agree:

After hinata took back hanabi's eyes from Toneri, he summoned all the byakugan and then drained naruto's chakra to restart the Tenseigan. Keep in mind the moon had stopped moving up to that point but after he stole naruto's charka it started to move again and Kakashi's clock came back on. Another point to make is that Kurama was still outside of Naruto's body so even the chakra Toneri stole was nowhere near Naruto's full chakra capacity. Wouldn't the energy required to move the moon be enough to bring Naruto back up to moon level especially since Kurama wasn't inside him?

No it wouldn't. The energy required to move an object out of orbit is much less than the energy required to destroy an object.
