Updated but, I need to some things cleared up.

Slade gets his rating from all the titans, which would include Raven who is tier 7 for her own feat. I kept his possibly at low 7-C because of this.

But he was kinda curbstomped by Raven in that form after their initial encounter so maybe he should just be pure 8-C?

An enraged Raven was only able to really stagger Herald Slade, but I think Base Slade should be 8-C

Also, anyone who's superior to the feat should be High 8-C considering the feat is .3 tons away

Terra:

• Physically matches Robi
• Damages BB with a punch
• Withstands an attack from Starfire

Raven:

• Survives an attack from Lightning
• Survives a hit from Johnny Rancid's mechanical dog which could harm Starfire and Cyborg
• Physically matches Terra and survives hits from her
• Withstands a kick from Jinx

Shouldn't cyborg have a key for when he merged with the Titan's Tower?

Not...really? Unless he's done something entirely notable while merged with Titans Tower that I've simply forgotten, he doesn't have anything notable besides being stronger to an entirely unknown degree.

In fact, the one time I remember him merging with the Tower, he couldn't even continuously fight in that state. He released all of his energy in one attack and was left at 1% battery life in no condition to properly fight after that.

He made a pretty big explosion and wiped out the majority of slade's army with it

Yeah, and then he was left so weak that he could barely stand. And said army on its lonesome was already weaker than most of the Titans as it was.

At best, it would be a case similar to DCAU Static where his key has a conditional rating for when he's merged with the Tower. But we don't need a whole separate key for that.

He fired one shot with it and used all the power he had and the tower had. Slade was unfased and everyone else just regenned.

Calcing that small portion of ground that seems to have been vaporized would probably give you an unrealistically low result anyways.

I think it has all been basically decided on with the main cast getting 8-C or high 8-C from what I saw and all who scale to them

and terra, heralds slade, and raven are low 7-C

I haven't read the whole thread but are we going to put terra and raven as physically 8-C?

Terra and Rave do have 8-C physical statistics.

@Chew For Raven I don't think it's needed since she isn't a physical fighter primarily. No clue about Terra.

Shouldn't Mother Mae Eye be Low 7-C due to her powers? She was more powerful than Raven (Teen Titans).

Well, like I said, I was wondering if Mae Eye should be Low 7-C instead of 8-C since she is clearly more powerful than Raven.

I suppose that seems to make sense, if they had a confrontation in terms of raw power.

Mae Eye fought Raven, Cyborg, Beast Boy, Robin, and Starfire all at once, and they were unable to defeat her in conventional combat. She took a direct blast from both her and Cyborg to her back at the same time and was unharmed. I'd post a link, but the video won't let me do a time stamp.
