technology manipulation for tomura shigaraki

I wanted to make this thread because it says tomura can use the quirk radio waves

this quirk can disrupt radio waves and cause communicators to malfunction.

that sounds like he's manipulating technology to a degree so i believe technology manipulation should be added to his profile.

maybe limited technology manipulation?
