So yeah, this is going to be an interesting match. So by the looks of things, Baldi apparently couldn't hold his own against any 9-B characters. Instead, let's give Baldi a fairer fight by pitting him against someone higher in the 9-C range, one who could even the playing field with Baldi in fact.

This time, it'll be between Baldi, the easily-ticked-off teacher with an extraordinary sense of hearing, against Bagheera, one of two animals who served as Mowgli's primary guardians. Since the wiki only has the 2016 version, we're going with 2016 Bagheera. It's important to note that Bagheera had taken blows from Shere Khan, who is Tier 9-B, so Bagheera has that going for him in terms of durability.

That aside, everything uses Standard Battle Assumptions except both Baldi and Bagheera have prior knowledge of each other.

Dunno about that. Baldi only managed to change the entirety of his school once. Considering Baldi is entirely physical thereafter except when someone tries to leave the school (in which case he fakes the exits out), it's unlikely that Bagheera will be fazed by the sole change in space, especially since Bagheera has senses that are better than anything humans can pull. Mind you, hearing and smell are good indicators of direction, especially since Baldi slaps his ruler on his hand all the time, which practically gives Baldi away.

Side note, Standard Battle Assumptions have this "in-character but with a will to kill" thing going on, so I don't think Bagheera's gonna be looking for an exit anytime soon.

What stops Baldi from just slapping Bagheera in the face with his ruler the second he gets close enough? Because he's not gonna sneak up on him any time soon and he has a hefty AP advantage.
