Meliodas' Regenerationn is not low. It's the same as Tatsumi's. And while Meliodas can nullify Tatsumi's Regenerationn, Tatsumi has to behead him to put him down permanently. His reactive evolution is the only problem, really.
Though I'm not actually going for Meliodas yet. I think he has a better chance of winning but Tatsumi's reactive evolution has allowed him to fight on par with or become stronger than someone who was stronger than him beforehand. Tatsumi would be willing to behead someone in character?
Meliodas is far more skilled and experienced than the emperor though. In fact, he's better in every way. And for Tatsumi to one-shot, he'd have to decapitate him but Meliodas is far better in close combat. And if Tatsumi doesn't straight up one-shot, he's prone to eating Revenge Counter or Meliodas could just regenerate. Since Tatsumi's Regenerationn can be nullified, Meliodas' superior range and Revenge Counter will come in handy. Also, isn't this the version of Meliodas that partially transformed against Helbram? That should count as extra power. Yeah, going for Meliodas right now.
