So since Someone said that her telekinesis is faster then his time stop so that out the way.
And also
He Needs To Hold his breath so if he did stop time then it would not be that long.
He only uses it to run away from enemys or get out of attack i dont think the timestop is used to attack.
He can only use it 3 times before he is completely powerless
He would get tired really fast.

It's normal, especially after an upgrade. There was a string of matchups involving Ikki Kurogane for example.
