Tasky 100% has the skill advantage here, but as the video pointed out, his usual tactics aren't going to be working here. He cannot replicate Reed's fighting style, and so will probably resort to more standard tactics. Given he has prep time, he can definitely rig up some kinda fire/acid trap, but from what I can tell, that isn't exactly something he's known to do. Martial arts won't do anything to Reed, which means he'll be relying on swords and what not, but even then, Reed can somewhat handle that too.

Reed may have trouble getting Task restrained, especially if he's dealing with damage from whatever trap Task sets, but if he can, it's basically over. I don't see Task getting out of an elastic grapple given his standard arsenal

Voting Reed

If Taskmaster has prep then he just sits on some skyscraper next to some place he knows Reed will pass by and snipes him without warning, it seems like Reed needs to actively modify his body to avoid sharp attacks, which means he can't do that if he's just taken from surprise. It's an IRL tactic for a reason, you can't really counter it.

The above scan (with Wolverine) has him keep stretching to accommodate for Logan's claws. The same could easily be done to a bullet given he has both Enhanced Senses and Analytical Prediction. If he doesn't predict that he's in danger, he should at least be able to see/hear/feel the bullet against his skin and stretch to accommodate for it

It really comes down to that first shot too, because if Tasky fails to kill him in one shot, Reed will be much more prepared for whatever he tries next

You can't really hear a sniper bullet, it goes faster than sound. And it'd be one hell of an impressive feat to react so fast to something as it touches your skin, Taskmaster's guns are relative to him in speed. As for seeing it, presumably Taskmaster would be smart enough to not fire in front of him, given that he should be aware of that possibility.

Even if he fails though, he'd be pretty hard for Reed to catch him given that he'd be firing away from hundreds of meters of distance, presumably camouflaged or hidden in some way.
