Tapu Pokémon possible upgrade.

Tapu Bolo possesses the ability grassy surge, part of which is able to halve the damage of any ground shaking attacks (bulldoze, earthquake, and magnitude). I was wondering if it, and the other Tapus and Ultra beasts, could be scaled to those moves. Especially since it shouldn't be an outlier for them, since they're powerful island guardians, and able to take on the ultra beasts who, are a "threat to all Pokémon".
