tanktop master vs dracovish

Tanktop Master's High 7-C key is comparable to Post-G4 Genos, who casually defeated a full-powered Deep Sea King. Full powered Deep Sea King is far stronger than his previous form, who was even to BoS Genos, who has a 53 Kiloto feat.
In short, Tanktop Master is strong enough to casually defeat a guy who was far superior to a 53 Kiloton feat.
Dracovish scales to a 131 Kiloto feat.
So Tanktop is far higher than 53 Kilotons to an unknown degree, while Dracovish is ~131 Kilotons.
So it's hard to tell who has the AP and Durability advantage, here. I'll post some further thoughts in a bit.
In short, Tanktop Master is strong enough to casually defeat a guy who was far superior to a 53 Kiloton feat.

AP: Tanktop Master should take it most of the time. Tanktop Master is far stronger than BoS Genos who is 114 Kilotons, while Dracovish is 131 Kilotons. However, Dracovish has Fishious Rend, Strong Jaw, and Ancient Power, all of which are capable of vastly increasing his AP. So as the fight drags on, Dracovish should have the advantage. Also, Crunch lowers Defense and Super Fang ignores conventional durability
Speed: Dracovish takes this. With enough Ancient Powers, he outspeeds even with speed equal. And after he boosts speed, Fishious Rend would wreck Tanktop Master
Durability: Tanktop Master should take this via the same reasons as AP, but over time Dracovish will outclass him via the attacks named above. Plus Dracovish has Protect
Versatility: Dracovish stomps here for obvious reasons
Overall, unless Tanktop Master can take them out early, Dracovish should win here.
