Tal'Set vs. Batman (Post-Crisis)

Tal'Set only has the Tek Bow (with normal, explosive, poison and neuropathic arrows), the Shotgun, knife and club.

Batman, low diff.
Batman is faster (Not by much, but still) and has a grapnel gun with a 15-ton breaking strain. He can just rope Tal'Set with it, and gg.
Or he can take a more agressive stance. Nitrogen canisters? Ice grenades? Ultra-flammable gases? His very suit, that is wired to potentially release over 200,000 volts worth of electricity? Even if we only count the things that Batman uses absolutely ALL THE TIME, his suit alone has more gadgets than Turok, with that armament, can take care of.
Give him some more haxxed gear, or otherwise, he has little to no chance of winning here.
