You should equalize speed or Kakashi blitzes. Though even with speed equal, I'm pretty sure Kakashi still stomps.

He doesnt have sharingan as the 6th Hokage.

True, but he has only used basic genjutsu once in the beginning of the series. Not sure how in character it is for him to use it. Though I doubt he'd need it anyway.

Don't you have to have Chakra for genjutsu to work on you? I heard somewhere that genjutsu works because they put their own Chakra is your Chakra veins to cast the illusion. Correct me if I'm wrong.
