Survving Tier 2 Collapses

I'm recalling things that DT said recently, about something special needed to survive that.

My question is, what if you're tier 2 or up via scaling? Like, you're a 3-D being with 4-D powers, and your tier comes from hitting someone in tier 2. If you were subjected to a spatiotemporal collapse, would that special factor that apparently gives tier 2s the means to tank be in play?

Let's take Goku. We know UI is tier 2 for being stronger than Infinit le Zamasu, but that's all we know. We know he can tank punches from beings as strong as the spatiotemporal collapse of a universe, but would he be able to survive space and time collapsing on him? Like, it is space and time getting destroyed on him, in which he's resistant to either. Yet it's still something associated with solely being tier 2.

What's our take on this?
