Looking at their profiles, Supes is massively above Steppenwolf, who easily defeated both Aquaman and Wonder Woman, when Aquaman apparently scales to Ocean Master's world wide tsunamis.

Let's see, I recall Theo werebeevisions gor the AP of MCU characters, that said, assuming they aren't through Thanos casually defeated both Fat Thor and Iron Man with relative ease and both are Low 6B.

Superman's heat vision would be dodgeable and reflectable for Thanos. His frost breath wouldn't be. Since speed was equalized, I feel like Thanos can just reflect any of supes breath attacks back to Supes or incap him, If supes flies and tries to punch him, that wouldn't work due to superior AP for Thanos, and Thanos can just wrestle with him and knock him out just like he did for Captain Marvel.
