I'd just like to say that on Superman's side X ray, Microscopic, and Telescopic vision isn't useful in a fight like this, But hearing (unless in space) and smell would be to sense Asura in case he's blinded, or needs to react to his moves.

In An alternate time line, a room of kryptonite was unable to do anything to that Superman. Given that's one million's solar reserves are incalculably higher, he'd pretty much be immune to his former weaknesses, with presumably magic as an exception.

Asura can target lock and rapid fire, as well as use invincibility and further increased strength for a little bit. He also has four arms, giving him a combat advantage.

Inconclusive. The only way we can get a revelant grasp of whether or not either of them win is if Asura can be beaten by Kal-Kent, then by comparison we can say Prime One Million will also win. Prime has virtually no feats, hes only stated in the comic to be stronger than his descedants but by how much is anyone's guess.
