Since superman's "happy ending" form is above his opponent and exaggerated goku is unstoppable, It would cause a paradox that transcends the heavens and they will be stuck in a beyond eternal stalemate above all others, Goku doesn't even need to spare or "kill" superman for this stalemate to happen lmao.
