Hmmm, it's hard to say. I think DCEU Supes holds the AP advantage here but Reeve Supes has Attack Reflection, Thread Manipulation, Invulnerability and can create Illusionary Duplicates to confuse enemies.

I think the battle would go like this: DCEU Supes flies to get closer and starts punching Reeve Supes but his Invulnerability protects him. Then, DCEU Supes decides to attack from afar using his Heat Vision but Reeve uses Attack Reflection to redirect HV back to DCEU Supes, damaging him instead. DCEU Supes realizes he can't use his Heat Vision anymore so he retreats to think of a new strategy, but then Reeve starts using his own Heat Vision forcing DCEU Supes to fly in order to dodge it. Then, Reeve creates 10 Illusionary Duplicates, briefly confusing DCEU Supes. Reeve created this distraction in order to use his web emblem to trap DCEU Supes and attacks him while he's defenseless. DCEU Supes takes a lot of damage from this combined attack and is exhausted. Reeve use his Heat Vision to finish him off.

Reeve Supes wins high-diff.

Gotta go with Cavill's Supes, because of AP advantage and regen advantage. Don't see what Reeve's attack reflection will do here. Maybe parry a few heat vision blasts, but that's just it.

To make the acronyms less bad I'm just going to say that Donner Superman is Earth 96 or 96 Superman
Attack Power
Even if DCEU Superman got stronger, Earth-96 Superman did a better feat than DCEU Superman scales to while also dying from Kryptonite Poisoning.

Lifting Strength
DCEU Superman has two on his profile
  • Class G: Crushing diamonds which got 21,115,200,000 Newtons
  • Class Z: Possibly moving a tectonic plate at 17,076,040,800,000,000,000,000 Kilograms
Earth 96 Superman has one showing
  • Lifting a island: 31,323,314,288,011.406 Newtons
So in the end Earth 96 Superman is 1,483.44x times stronger than DCEU Superman. Now some people may mention the Tectonic Plate thing, but remember that Earth 96 Superman did the feat DCEU Superman is referencing. So at best they're even, and its very likely that Earth 96 Superman just does what he did to CW Superman.

Powers

Their core power sets are the same, but Earth 96 Superman has shown better variety, though his regen is worse than DCEU Superman's.

Conclusion

Overall the real win here is honestly the enormous lifting strength issue. Earth 96 Superman outlifts DCEU Superman so hard its not even remotely funny. That combined with his better AP means that I'm not seeing a win condition here, especially when DCEU Superman cannot abuse sunlight or BFR like he can do in some other matches
