Uh. That doesn't really answer the question. A single piece of equipment doesn't really feel like it constitutes a key change.

It's Low 4-C to 4-B, but there was some argument about how to calculate it.
It was decided that this would only scale to certain characters for their Final Smash, including Sephiroth, whenever someone finishes making a profile for him.
Surface area decreases the value for normal characters.

I wonder if you can gather some people regarding Smash Bros.
Rechecking the lore I think that the wiki pages are all super inaccurate (not in a wank or downplay way, not even that, just that the very interpretation of the lore is bogus after recollecting things), but that'd require a more secure place to discuss.
If enough people volunteer I could probably organize a Discord.
