Thor doesnt have a power nullification, sleep manip, and blackhole resistance. If Mario nullified all of Thor's hax it should be gg's and give Mario the W so henceforth My vote would go to Mario.

Mario would likely realize that standard jumping on thor is knocked out wouldnt work and assuming. And if Thor kills Mario, Mario would simply resurrect and resort to hax

It should be noted that Mario is not going to guess what hax he should use exactly, so it will be trial and error, the same goes for Thor, where he could use his own hax against Mario.
