Shouldnt Mario be at least multi galactic for defeating Grand star bowser who could consume other galaxies, and aborbed the grandstar which are much more powerful than other lumas? Also the luma just awoken his power to a full extent{ or just higher extent} not lend him it's own power, so he should be possibly 3-B, just saying, also Mario having trouble with other opponents, just possibly inconsistence or gamemechanics. Thats like saying how Sonic is just planet level with super sonic because he needed help fighting strong opponents, like in sonic heroes and sonic adventure, or just because he got one shotted by knuckles, even though he didnt have the master emerald with him.

It is if most of us generally agree to scale him to Bowser, so I don't see why we should drag this conversation out. We can included Varies, add the Small City to Star level rating, and with higher end feats being a possibility with me suggesting possibly 4-A or higher with an explaination for the ratings.
