Suggestion on how to handle scaling for Ash Ketchum

Ok so as we know Ash is a contender for the most inconsistent characters in fiction so I have come up with a solution to at least try and remedy this.

We give him 3 Keys for each region, 1 for the first 4 gyms, 1 for the other 4 and 1 for everything after he has all his badges. This is because essentially him and Pikachu sorta reset power wise every region, Ash relearns things he learned just a couple of seasons back and Pikachu loses fights against opponents he has no reason losing to(this is not just the Snivy, it makes 0 sense for him to lose any fight early on in the region).

Note: I chose 3 keys so that his page isnt overly cluttered.

Note 2: It may be ok to combine Kanto and Johto as this was the only time Ash wasnt "reset"

Well it is also fine to combine Kalos and Alola since Pikachu has shown that he wasn't reset this time.

Maybe just 2 keys per region? 1 for first four Gym Leaders and the other for his Pokemon League team?

So if it really is ok ill make another thread later on discussing the scaling.
