Sub-Zero could beat him if he can see White Album, since Sub is not a stand user. Sub-Zero has greater strength, range and arsenal than White Album, so if you let Sub-Zero see Ghiaccio's stand, then Sub wins.

Otherwise, then Sub-Zero still wins due to better durability and greater mastery over ice manipulation

I'm gonna have to disagree. Ghiaccio's White Album is basically an absolute zero armor. By physics, absolute zero is enough to destabilise matter and stop stuff from moving due to absorbing energy including intermolecular bond energy. This means that Sub's freezing attacks are useless as they'll destabilise on touching him and projectiles also lose their usefulness. Ghiaccio is mostly immune to attack because of this, other than that hole which he needs to breathe from. Unless Sub-Zero targets that, he's losing this. Not voting just yet though.

It's an OP power, but if Sub has prior knowledge on White Album, then he should win because of speed advantage. Allows him to pinpoint his attacks to White Album's weak point. White Album lacks ranged attacks, while Sub-Zero has physical ice attacks.
