That doesn't really help when Sub can turn him into an ice cube with literally any half-way serious Ice attack

Yeah, Countering Sub Zero's ability will be a pain since he will just get insta frozen killed/incapped.
Would giving Denji prior knowledge so he can coat himself on gasoline from a car and set himself on fire help him resist it or is Subzero's freezing too strong for that?

Isn't Scorpion's fire also similarly asinine in temperature? Though admittedly I don't know if Denji has heat resistance or how good it is

Afaik Scorp's fire it says his fire can burn the soul but frankly I don't think that's been ever shown, he can cover himself in it but he usually just favours teleport spamming and chain tossing. Sektor has like a 4000 celsius flamethrower or smth.
