Also, Garou at that point was on par with Genos. He later implies that Royal Ripper (who cut off Genos’ arm), Senior Centipede (who pierced Bomb’s leg) and Bug God are all on par with Genos/TTM, yet he fights all 3 of them.

Royal Ripper cut off Genos' arm? Senior Centipede hurt Bomb? It seems I'm not aware of the early webcomic chapters. Guess I can't argue as it is a separate continuity entirely.

Anyway, we don't know what 100% is exactly. If we go by the logic of many other verses, 100% either immediately lethal or out of commission, so I'm pretty sure 100% scales above Mirror.

2. The value Iaian scales to 224.79 tons of TNT, that is nowhere near enough to upscale at all.
