She's scaling off the fact that it would have one shot Genos, who was High 7-C at that point.
 
I can't remember the full context but it wasn't a full powered blast and it wasn't even a direct hit. The actual power of the blast is unknown, and the most you can quantify from it was that it was enough to one shot a High 7-C Genos.

OR is basically an irrational animal like any other dog, and even then, he's a monster fighting against heros. Why would he hold back?

Of course not, Fubuki reflected it and i don't think there's a way to reflect something after it directly hits you.
 
Here are the full scans

Its um....Cough a little hard to tell what's fully happening but basically Genos was only about to be hit by the tail end of an explosion that was no where near its full power. The scan also shows that that is the peak of Fubuki's power who wouldn't have been able to deflect any other shot. It demonstrates that her psychic power is above a High 7-C Genos by a small margin, hence her tiering.
 
Yeah it's indeed a little COUGH COUGH hard to tell in this depiction. Let's wait for this to get into the manga.
 
From my understanding it's

  • Rover fires a shot at the same time Genos uses a heat beam
  • They clash and Rover's shot wins
  • Blizzard uses all of her power to block the weakened Rover blast
Would resisting Gyoro Gyoro's TK be a strength feat for Garou?

You resist TK in OPM with willpower, not strength. So I don't think it would scale.

About Orochi's land wave. Someone mentioned these as potential ways to quantify it in the last thread. You should add that to the OP too.

I was going to, but someone last thread showed a video of a underground 5 MT nuke that produced very similar waves and ground lifts. Meaning that him being 7-A could be enough to replicate it to some degree.
 
Hope we get more Overgrown Rover + Genos action soon. Drive Knight's cool and all but Nyan really hasn't impressed me at all.
 
Btw, should King be downgraded to 10-C? "Could not unsheathe Atomic Samurai's katana, holding the sword in a position for 2 minutes took all the strength that he had and "pushed him to the limit." His power level was too low to be measured by Child Emperor despite him being able to rate a regular Hero Association staff member."

About AS's katana, it's a custom made one. The usual katana weighs 1.2kg and the largest irl swords weigh 6kgs, the fact he couldn't even unsheathe it is even worse. King is always depicted as someone very weak. This should be proof enough to give him a 10-C downgrade afaik.
 
Saying that the average person in OPM is wall lvl is like saying they could have fought Crablante when he obviously was doing a rampage unstopped. That's either a feat exclusive for Saitama or an outlier.
 
If you're suggesting that Saitama was the only one comparable to Crablante, it should be noted that Saitama only managed to down the crab man by pulling out his guts through his eye socket, which is akin to an achilies heel. Outside of that Saitama was only roughly comparable to basically every other civilian nearby at that point. Nothing suggets Wall level to be the peak of Crablante's strength, if anything being a tiger level threat would suggest his AP to be closer to 9-A or even 8-C, its just easier to place him at 9-B due to needing less assumptions to make.

Still, that Saitama could survive lots of hits from Crablante, who was terrorizing the nearby streets like he could one-shot anyone. I think we even see a flipped car at some point, so i'm pretty sure the regular person in OPM isn't 9-B, that simply makes no sense. Can you find any situations where regular passerby can survive 9-B attacks?
 
"that simply makes no sense" Is not an argument, that is simply Incredulity. What absolutely makes no sense is a regular guy like Saitama being hundreds if not thousands of times stronger than all other average humans before beginning even moderate exercise.

Furthermore, there's absolutely nothing that suggests Crablante was going all out against Saitama, it's pretty obvious he was merely toying with him and could have pulverised him easily, it'd be nonsensical to believe this one random regular guy could somehow survive hits from a tiger level monster to begin with.

For the record I'm not arguing for 9-B regular humans (but I must say that the arguments against it is ridiculous) all I'm showing is that given all this, there's nothing that suggests King being 10-C simply for being "below average"

Yeah, that's why i think it's an outlier. It makes no sense for Saitama to be stronger than literally any regular person when he's always said to be an "average human" with no outstanding characteristics whatsoever. I never said Crablante was being serious against Saitama or something, it's just that i think 12yo Saitama surviving a wall lvl attack is very inconsistent.

This supports what i'm saying, that average people in the OPM verse aren't 9-B.

Anyways, i think we're derailing from the King subject.
