As stated by Kougami Foundation, the ancient alchemists have research on the living creatures emotion and dive deep into the subject of "desire". If OOO can moving in Time Stop fine without problem then he can hit Baragga with the space-time cutting sword to ignore his durability
or strike him with an axe that carries the void attribute that can EE peoples

OOO is the one who has time stop :v so basically, if Baraggan's passives arent working then OOO take this easily
