Composite Human is ordered to hunt down and kill Speedwagon, while Speedwagon is tipped off at the last minute. Start on the streets of New York City, Composite Human has 30 minutes of prep time to gather anything from the area and starts with one M67 Fragmentation Grenade, an AK-47 with 2 clips of ammo, and a Katana. Speedwagon gets his hat, but Composite Human is tipped off that Speedwagon has an especially deadly flying hat, while Speedwagon is only told that a dude is going to try and kill him. When the battle starts, Composite Human must be within sight and 100 meters when battle starts, so no range camping from a building.

Can the genius overcome the tier difference?
