Unfortunately, this is a stomp match because Speedwagon has no way of hurting Boogeyman because all WWE characters currently scale to 796 Kilojoules, while Speedwagon only scales to 15 Kilojoules (In other words baseline), even if we assume S.W. scales to the value of crushing skulls (Which would be 32 - 101 Kilojoules judging from his zombie-killing feat) it wouldn't matter because the value for that feat was downgraded to Street level quite a while ago not to mention Bogey would still one-shot, not to mention he's more skilled and physically superior.
