Strongest characters for their tier.

But yeah Kenshiro is someone that can beat anyone around or even higher than his pay grade (assuming they aren't too fast or too hax for even him, i mean).

Sure he can't kill SCP 682 but neither can it kill or touch Giorno. Giorno with GER is vastly superior to 682, yes he can't kill it but what could 682 do to him? IMO Giorno isn't the strongest tier 8 or low 2-C.

For Tier 8 I say Kumagawa or Funny Valentine, Kumagawa for the reasons stated earlier and Funny V because Love Train makes him near untouchable and being able to have alternate versions of yourself appear every time you die to take your place makes him hard to put down. Not to mention of course being MFTL and can BFR or instantly kill you by making you collide with an alternate version of yourself.
