He's in revision doe. When characters are in revision they don't take part in "strongest per tier" espeically if it's their tier being revised. Didn't you read above when ppl said "682 ain't leaving 8-C from the revisions because it's not his tier that's being revised", because if it was he would leave the spot. When the revisions stop and IF Alakazam is still as High 6-C he can go back to being a contender (HA Dio left the spot before the revisions went through aswell).GyroNutz said:

Weekly said to not remove 682 because he's not leaving high 8-C, but I am saying it's not good to have a character banned from matchups listed here. He probably beats more things than a CA and as such would prob return to the spot once stuff is done, but he shouldn't be here now.

Lavos can snipe, mimic, bfr from timelines away. Worm kills a Lavos, alternate Lavos sends him to DBT from a different timeline which requires 2-A range to escape from. You can make the match but it's likely that Lavos would win ┬»\_(Òâä)_/┬»
