I dislike SCP because it's a verse that can be added on to by literally anyone, no matter how ludicrous or stupid the story is, as long as it is half decently written.

I like SCP's writing 8/10 times, however this sums up my thoughts on the verse and why I proposed the Canon rules until we got a compromise that essentially amounted to doing absolutely nothing as Extended Canon is still up.
