Are we able to put multiple characters in the same category, or can there be only one?

Because there's a lot of OP parody characters for obvious reasons
 
I met a dude on the bus and we started talking about Dragon Ball.

He hasn't watched all of Super yet, but someone convinced him that Gohan Blanco is actually a thing in the Tournament of Power and that he deleted Zen'O.

Medaka literally has the ability to use PIS to her benefit and always win... Within practicality, anyways. Saitama is definitely within practicality.

You may wanna add "High School battle" since it's a trend that cover a large portion of anime/manga/light novel/visual novel, which To aru Majutsu no Index would take the top thogh (or Dies Irae)
 
Doesn't highschool have Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou which is high school battler iirc and has tier 0 or high 1-A?

Though KKK is likely for ancient setting due to it being taken place in a fuedal era japan
