(I mean insignificant dimensions should still be smurf, but that's a convo that nobody is ready to have yet, and one that doesn't really matter standards-wise, and only really does for threads like this)
But yeah, what MGQ said, in addition to certain powers still being smurf-based upon range due to being spatial in nature (in addition to the usual cultivation stuff of being able to focus your things to affect a single target and whatnot)

Well, the verses relying on spatial arguments are definitely getting bamboozled unless they mental gymnastic their way outta this load of crap, like one method I personally know but it's quite a rare scenario.

Going purely off of the KH profiles and verse page, it doesn't seem to come up to 10 but I could be wrong. And Kratos has innate resistance negation in this key.
Also, Valhalla Kratos inconned Kevin Kaslana from HSR back when he had 5 layers resistance and no info type 2. Do the HSR dudes have anything that can bypass a 4 layer difference now?

Only issue seems to be the history erasure, but I will admit I haven't yet updated Kratos's resistance to EE so he can stay below em.
