I’m not sure if I’m saying his name right, but I think Dark King Fu was also mentioned in the thread.
If you take a look at the abilities of both characters yourself, it’s honestly really hard to confidently say which one would win.

Aspect 4, I don't know, but aspect 2 is because there's not enough evidence (yet), surviving an Ultra Beams wouldn't give him aspect 2, since his resistance is to Conceptual Manipulation isn't from lacking concept, but for tanking an Ultra Beam, which causes conceptual damage

you do realize the fact that time travel is possible contradicts zeno fully erasing the whole timeline
They travelled to a different point of time in a separate timeline that is not connected to the main timeline.
Bulma emphasizes the difference between dimensional and time travel, as time machine itself is not connected to the literal future of the main timeline but a parallel timeline
