Not really, EE a nonconceptual void doesn't grant you concept hax, since the concepts is absent and EE the void do not mean you interact with the concept cause it is absent so. You need to EE a conceptual realm to get CM hax, at least

It is in the arcade dialogue and scripted fight (kinda like cutscene), manga and anime have limited time so Goku just instantly destroy fu. Also fictions is weird, it doesn't necessary to always showcase passive hax you know

Cause they can suppress the power and actively choose what they need to erase, or else the multiverse just go. Literally, Chronoa suppress the ability to passively nullifies how time affect her body because she don't like using it. Also the power both have passive and active abilities, so i just list that it both have passive and active

No, cause in UT Goku case he passive everything, the reason you don't see it is
1. Both Fu and Goku resists each others passive and passively power null each others (by increasing the potency of their Time Power constantly)
2. They are in Crack of Time which have nothing to passive actually, aside from the multiverse, but Tokitoki later restore everything
3. Other allies was protected by Chronoa, as revealed in manga so it left Goku and Fu with the Tree haxing each other to death, until Goku nuke Fu out of existence. Anime and manga have time constraint so Goku just nuke Fu instantly, however in the scripted fight of the arcade, Goku and Fu are scripted to constantly haxing each others and overcome the haxes, if you keep dragging out the fight, when you finishes the fight then Goku delete Fu

Sugar Swan has plot manipulation and resistance to it. She has High-Godly Regen, and Passive EE and Transmutation, Large Size Type 10, Passive Concept Destruction and Creation, Subjective Reality, etc.. Concept Manip type 1 (all concepts) and more. How is he gonna escape passive EE, Transmutation, Deconstruction from someone Large Size Type 10? She can also alter his narrative structure.

Based on history, which won't protect her from Arale several methods of incap, or DBH future data type 2

She has so many ways to deal with that crap it isn't even funny, just to mention some: Plot manip, 4th wall break, data type 2, supernatural luck, toonforce

What about her counters to her Large Size Type 10? I don't see a way she can bypass it considering the Plot Manip Sugar Swan has and passive abilities. Whats stopping her from conceptually erasing her. She has concept manip type 1 all concepts. If all else fails, which I doubt, she can throw her into a time pocket. timeless and spaceless void that exists outside the multiverse.
Also considering Sugar Swans Passive Fate Manip, which grants her victory as long as she keeps hope. As well as Sugar Swans wish granting stated to grant almost everything. (Cookie Run Wish Festival)

You do realize Cookies literally talk to the Player of the Game and the developers. They got nothing on her.
How is she bypassing Sugar Swans Abstract Existence, High-Godly Regen, thats very hard to kill and considering her Immortality Types 1,4, and 9. Her true body exists is unknown. All her feats are her avatar. We just know her real form is a HDE.

And cm can't also interact with Plot, genius. Tho it doesn't matter since arale has alot...and i mean alot of wincons such as driving others to madness, cause them to feel fear, make them commit self ending of life, or just destroying thier mind and thought bubbles, etc...

Arale doesn't even fight. Her layers of plot manip is something the Sugar Swan can resist. Also, The Sugar Swan has higher authority than the Executive Producer of Cookie Run. She resisted an attack that affected the real world Player. Her Plot Manip is also compared to that of the writers.

Because her type 10 is based on a 5-d structure, and Arale scales to DBH nonesical scaling of size (which starts in a 5-D structure as big as Sugar swans, btw)
