Yamato not, black goku can cut the space, I'm just training to improve it, the JCE was just an example

Goku black's space cutting is a single melee-ranged rift that isn't used offensively

That's pretty different from "I can just yamato people now"

And yamato's above the hax cap seeing as it's ranged insta-cutting space hax that you can't avoid
