Strider Hiryu (Strider) vs Genji Shimada (Overwatch)

Although I like Genji more as a character, this is a bad stomp in favor of Strider Hiryu. Hiryu outclasses Genji in every way. Hiryu speed blitz if unequalized. Mach 176 to Mach 90~ (should be faster than Soldier:76, who is Mach 90, yet probably not faster than 1.5x his speed, leaving Genji at Mach 135 at probably max) is incredibly different and Hiryu would end it in one shot, considering his Attack Potency is MUCH greater than Genji's durability.
Even if you decided to equalize speed, this is still a total stomp. Genji is, at max, Large Building level in both AP and Durability, while Hiryu is Multi City-Block level in both those stats. Genji's equipment is not comparable, as his main armament, his shurikens, will not be able to hurt Hiryu in any way. Even Genji's Dragonblade is probably not near the Cypher.
I see no way for Genji to win without drastically highballing the Dragonblade and for speed to be equalized. This is a stomp in favor of Strider Hiryu.
