Fight takes place on the Shattered Plains, Kelsier does NOT have access to Atium. However, neither does Kaladin have access to his Shardblade.
Base Kelsier will be used, Kaladin prior to the end of Words of Radiance will be used. As such, he will have access to Surgebinding.
Kelsier will have access to the metals he normally would: Steel, Iron, Pewter, Tin, Brass, Zinc, Bronze, and Copper.
Both combatants otherwise will have their standard equipment; Kelsier with his obsidian daggers, and Kaladin with his spear.
