Stopping the movement of stars?

Is there a standard calc or such for someone stopping the movement of stars/a single star through telekinesis, magic or some other power, or it's more case by case?

I think it depends on the way the movement of the stars was stopped

But i definitely can see it generating 4-C (Maybe High 4-C) to 4-A results

Depends on the weight and speed of the star. You could get it's kinetic energy then, and that'd be thus how much energy you'd need to cancel it out
