The reason no one is participating here is because no matter how you set things up this is a mismatch the way you've written it:

If Steven doesn't use Pink State, then the battle will be inconclusive due to how Natsu is an aggressive moron, while Steven is smart, pacificistic, and patient. Upon realizing Natsu is way more powerful than him, Steven will just put up a full-body Bubble Shield with At Least High 6-A Durability, and tank all of Natsu's attacks (Natsu is definitely an idiot and aggressive so he would keep attacking thinking "well I bet the NEXT attack will finally break this stupid bubble!") until Natsu EVENTUALLY realizes it is futile (he has MASSIVE stamina, so he won't just totally exhaust himself and pass out) and gives up.

If Steven uses Pink State then he is At Least High 6-A Likely Higher, and will stomp Natsu so hard (Natsu is at most 6-A) that he'd make Natsu look like an insect by comparison, lol.
