Star Platinum literally beats the shit out of all of them.

But not before Jotaro breaks out a guitar or some other instrument and literally beats them at their own game, like he has done when forced into unfamiliar situations. (Against the Darby brothers, he had literally not played either and still managed to beat professionals.)

After all three agents are in awe of Star Platinum's super speed and precision as he grinds on the guitar, he takes it and bashes all of their skulls in.

Yes, because their fate manipulation is really vague, and dependant upon someone asking them for help. It's also more long-term, and shows results later, rather than immediately.

I don't see how their fate manipulation can prevent them from getting the Steely Dan treatment.

Yes, because in that same Steely Dan arc, we learn that people are able to shrink the size of their stands, it's how they even got Steely Dan out of Joseph's head in the first place.

So if they go inside his head they're still going to see Star Platinum and recieve an ORAORAORAORAORA.

Shriking Aircopter is not standard battle practice for them. Saying that they magically start in the copter is not only giving one side an advantage, but I doubt would be allowed to be added anyways.

Silver Chariot did it as well, and they share no unique property that wouldn't allow Jotaro to do it.
