If this is scaling off of Omnitraxus Prime, he's most likely not the embodiment of all universes, just a singular one. This is given the fact that he needs a crystal ball to appear in other timelines, rather than just appearing proper.

Strange's Time Manipulation counters Star's Time Stop, they both have Reality Warping and Summoning, but Strange is harder to kill, due to his Regenerationn and Automatic Defences, and I think he should be a better fighter, since he is a master of martial arts, he also has Intangibility, Probability Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Energy Manipulation and Spatial Manipulation, and Star "possibly being Multiversal" doesn't really mater here, since OP stated the they're both Low 2-C for this fight, so, yeah, Strange.

Not to mention that Star will most likely not be using her Time Stop after the incident last time.
Really, Star is haxed and powerful, but she's also a glass cannon whose magic varies wildly in power based off her spells. She's rather hard to use in vs threads.
