Here's a video to help explain. It's pretty short and you should probably watch it on 0.25x speed but essentially, he can manipulate laws on objects and stuff by setting up sentences with word blocks

Essentially Baba can set up laws by pushing nouns, operators, and properties into a sentence. For example : BABA IS WIN allows him to instantaneously win which is why I restricted it.

There is always going to be a block with the word BABA in the map. If Star can find it, she can just touch the air and apply a rule that paralyzes Baba since he still needs to physically move to affect laws. Baba will probably have a BABA IS EMPTY sentence in the map as it essentially causes him to embody the air, making him immune to her air giant (He won't directly attack in character)

No, it's been agreed that Star in versus threads cannot use any ability she hasn't shown in universe. Her Quirk has a large amount of limits and we shouldn't make assumptions about what she can do. So Star can't do anything that isn't on her profile. Unless we're talking about lesser things, like a 100X size giant or something.

Star has demonstrated control over the air though it won't work at the start because the air is now Baba. If she finds it, she can take control of Baba since he is the air and therefore win without killing him

If it's not a word in the english language, it's probably a name and if it's the only name in a dark void-like space with multiple word blocks which is inhabited by this air sheep, it's probably his name. Baba is a legitimate name if I recall

And yes, the world has limited air, based on the size of the map which isn't that big

BABA IS EMPTY makes him intangible (since he's a part of the air) to anything except blocks with the PUSH property (Which includes default text). Also Star and Stripe needs to know the name of the object/person to apply a law on them

But yes, it does seem like something she'd do in-character

She can't paralyze people, we don't make assumptions about her Quirk due to her large amount of limits. She can only perform laws that she has shown in the series itself, we have no idea if she can paralyze someone. She can make a rule that if someone moves their heart will stop. Which is better than paralyzation... usually.
